Reports and Downloads

Reports turn reviewed accounting data and evidence into claim-ready outputs. A report can include summary spreadsheets, invoice bundles, redaction outputs, and an evidence manifest.

Generate a report

Open the report configuration, confirm the selected period and categories, then generate the report. The backend should create outputs deterministically so reruns are traceable.

Download evidence packs

Download invoice ZIP files, expense summary spreadsheets, and supporting manifests from the report page. Use organization-level authorization for every download.

Review before handoff

Confirm totals, category mappings, file counts, and redaction status before sending outputs to a client, reviewer, or external authority.
