Report configurations control how a claim report is assembled. They connect the client project, claim period, accounting source, category rules, and export settings.

Choose the project and period

Select the organization, project, and date range that define the claim. Confirm the period matches the evidence you plan to include.

Select source data and categories

Pick the accounting connection and expense categories that should feed the report. For Xero-first workflows, verify the source records are current before saving the configuration.

Set output rules

Choose whether the report should include invoice bundles, expense summary spreadsheets, redacted statements, and supporting manifests. Run review before sharing the generated outputs externally.

Notas

• Report configurations should be treated as reviewable evidence, not just display preferences.
• Any configuration change after report generation should trigger a fresh export.
