User Profile
Your user profile stores your personal account details and preferences. Organization data, claim projects, report configurations, and integrations are managed separately by the workspace.
What You Can Manage
From your profile, you can review or update:
- Name and contact details
- Avatar or profile image, when enabled
- Email and password settings
- Notification preferences
- Account-level security settings
Your organization role controls which workspace areas you can see and edit. If you need more access, ask an organization admin or owner to review your role.
Good Practices
- Use a work email address for organization access.
- Keep your password private and rotate it if exposure is suspected.
- Review notification preferences so claim workflow updates reach the right inbox.
- Contact an admin before changing account details that are used for billing, integrations, or audit records.
